Returns & Refund Policy

At PeptidesOnline.us, we take pride in delivering high-quality research products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return policies to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.


Returns

  • We do not accept returns on any products once they have left our facility, due to product integrity and safety considerations.

  • Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you have questions about a product, email info@peptidesonline.us before ordering.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt at info@peptidesonline.us with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s) and packaging

  • We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with USPS to locate it. Please allow for USPS investigation timeframes before a replacement is considered.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS but reported missing; please contact your local Post Office in such cases.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order or where a damage/incorrect item claim has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

  • All products are intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Due to their sensitive nature, they cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.
